Biography

Dr. Franklyn is a seasoned Small Business Owner, Project Manager, and Veteran with an Active Security Clearance and over 10 years of experience as a proven leader and manager. He skillfully balances business goals, projects, programs, and resources to meet both internal and external requirements. His extensive background in project management, leadership, quality assurance, and operations management is rooted in his experience managing domestic and global businesses. Currently, Dr. Franklyn serves as an IPTL (Deputy Program Manager) with Raytheon Technologies, is an adjunct professor at SNHU, and a part-time instructor with the United States Army, where he mentors soldiers and contributes to the quality assurance team.
